Deborah Cummings, A Mother's Touch (PEOPLE 2025)
While visiting my friends in Japan I asked if I could take "mother/daughter" shots of them. They agreed but as a photographer I am always looking for the natural shots - just like this at the moment when the mum quietly straightened her daughter's kimono. It is titled "A Mother's Touch" as a mother does not need to say anything but a daughter knows her quiet smile and gentle touch.
