Glenn Frew, 72 at 72 Self Portrait (PEOPLE 2021)

At age 72 I bench pressed 72 kg. It took a while to build up to it as I had a few distractions along the way; 6 broken ribs and a hip replacement. Will I attempt 80kg at 80 yrs? Never say never
